It's nearly time for Your Freshers' to begin!
Welcome from your SUSU President
But, what is it? Well, it’s about getting settled in to your new life as a university student. It can feel like a huge upheaval leaving your home town or country, moving in with people you’ve never met before and getting your head round all that university life has to offer.
That’s where SUSU comes in, your Students' Union. We’ve been working hard all Summer to make sure you get the best possible Freshers’ experience, aimed at helping you get settled in, meet new people and making the most of your time as a student!
Sure, it may seem overwhelming at first as there’s so much going on, but being a Fresher is brilliant fun and is a great chance to make new friends, explore your new home and get a taster of all the amazing opportunities uni life has to offer.
