HIV Education Southampton

HIVE Southampton is an organisation that has been running for the last 8 years within the faculty of medicine. We feel that now is the time to branch out to the rest of SUSU, as we believe the work that we do is important and want to give others the opportunity to get involved. Here in the UK HIVE works in 2 ways: 1.

We train students at University of Southampton who go into local schools and sixth forms in the area to educate about HIV 2.

We put on various events to raise awareness of HIV and fundraise for local HIV charities e.g.World AIDS day gig every year in Southampton on 1st December .
