Pokersoc provides regular poker tournaments for the enjoyment of all members giving students a chance to win reasonable amounts of money with no risk of losing large amounts.

Above all, our aim is to provide a comfortable atmosphere where all students are welcome to come and be sociable, meet new people, and have a good time. .

Membership Information

These are the current membership plans offered by Poker Society, although many groups offer a free period for new members to try out their group.

  • Year Membership (£7)
    Weekly tournament buy in is £3 for members and £4 non-members. Membership is £7 for the academic year, which means over the season, over 50% in game fees will be saved (Extra £1 each game). Membership also gives access to the League and the end of year freeroll for the top 24 players, which has a guaranteed pot of £150.
