1. Welcome and introduction
2. Zone/Support package change requests

a. African and Caribbean Society would like to change support package to blue:

"As the incoming President of the Afro-Caribbean Society and knowing and understanding the running of the society, I aim to make this a society that has a strong campus presence that filters out into the local community as well as tallying up against other ACS' across the country. We have a strong vision - Unity; Education; Philanthropy - to essentially provide our members and interested students with the essential elements of fun and unity whilst at university as well as a philanthropic element of giving back to the community and using our skills and talents to help where need be.

To do this, we do need SUSU's support, notably through funding as well as access to marketing facilities on campus i.e. Campus Screen Ads, Halls Ads etc.

I believe that this support package will provide us with the support and resources we need from SUSU to provide our returning members and freshers with a fantastic ACS experience in the next academic year."

b. British Sign Language would like to move Zone from Sustainability to Education:

"(BSL) is a language, a different form of communication, not a preference like political parties – which are other societies in the sustainability zone. I would like Signsoc to move to Education as we seem to act in a similar way to other language societies; we teach the language with weekly classes and discuss the culture. I think it would be a more appropriate zone for our society and I hope an exception can be made for us, as I know the zone is mainly made up of subject societies taught at the university."

c. Travelling Society would like to move Zone from External Engagement to Student Communities:

"As some of you may know, travelling society is a new society affiliated in April 2015. At the time, we thought that the aims of the society were to be reaching out to people in the local area and to engage with southampton as students who are passionate about travelling, hence choosing engagement zone. As time has passed, our aims have been more concise and what we are doing on monthly basis is more community based as we meet with cultural societies within SUSU fortnightly. Therefore we feel we would be better suited in the communities zone. Please may we be switched over from Engagement to Communities so that we can continue to build a travelling community within SUSU."

d. Pole Fitness would like to change their name to Southampton University Aerial Sports Society. The Society has changed in scope and expanded to also include aerial hoop and aerial silks.
