1. Approval of minutes

Name Changes
2. Green Action to Campus Collective

The committee are fine with this in principal, but it is a purpose change and not just a name change.  Request a breakdown of the new aims compared to the old aims to be emailed in

3. Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee constitution changes appears fine, but in future the amendments need to be clearly labelled

4. Fining Policy

CM and MS presented some thoughts on creating an action plan/policy on clubs and socs fining their members

Affiliations
5. Gatsby Botanical (10.30)

This groups attended with the Natural Sciences Society and they have agreed it would make sense to merge as they have simialr aims

Decision This groups is now merging with a similar group (Natural Sciences) and the committee approved this merger
6. People for the Large Underrepresented Terrestrial Objects (Written)

Written appication was read out as no one could attend the meeting.

The committee felt this was too niche and crossed over with several other societies so would not be affiliated

7. Cocktail Society (Written)

The commitee felt this idea has merit, however would like confirmation that non-alocholic alternatives are available

Decision Affiliated to Creative Industries - on the provision that non-alcohol options are considered
8. Rugby League

The committee felt that the reasoning for another rugby club was strong and that so long as their is good communication between all rugby clubs this would be fine.
