Facilities Manager

Come and join the Facilities team in the challenging and rewarding role of Facilities Manager.

We are a highly diverse organisation with 400 plus staff and over a thousand volunteers; our activities range from commercial outlets to a wide variety of clubs and societies and other services for our members and our range of facilities is exceptionally broad.

We are looking for someone experienced in space and facilities management to ensure that SUSU’s extensive facilities are always ready for use and maintained to the best possible standard. You will be involved in all areas of facilities management including conferencing, staffing, budgets, organisation of accommodation and space management and motivated to deliver a customer-focused service to our members and visitors.

You will bring successful experience in space and facilities management ideally in both licensed and un-licensed premises, commitment to the values and purpose of a students’ union, detailed and successful experience of managing a complex set of spaces and a passion for high standards of customer service in public buildings.
