Are you an experienced in the events production industry looking to take on an exciting new challenge? If so, the University of Southampton Students’ Union (SUSU) have an excited new opportunity for an Events Technical Coordinator to join the team!
The Role
The Events Technical Coordinator will deliver and coordinate the technical production for a range of events for students. The Students’ Union provides a range of events at both our own venues and others in Southampton, ranging from comedy nights to live music to cultural events to graduation balls and more. Every day will be different!
This is a hands-on role where you will lead a team of student crew in order to deliver amazing event experiences for students and customers. You’ll coordinate and deliver production requirements and ensure that our production resources and maintained and developed.
About You
We are looking for an experienced events production professional, with experience of working in a live venue, or in a busy technical hires team. You’ll have experience working with a range of technical equipment and production resources. You’ll have excellent organisational and administrative skills and able to utilise the Microsoft Office suite.
