Permanent Role - Full time - 35 hours per week

The Role

The Business Services Coordinator has a key role as part of our business services team in the delivery of fantastic customer service and high quality administrative support. You’ll work to deliver high standards to all customers, both within our front of house reception offer and within the administrative support you provide.

You’ll coordinate the reception provision at our main campus, leading a the reception service along with our Administrator and supervising and developing casual student staff to deliver the provision over the evenings and weekends.

You'll support the organisation leadership through delivering adminsitrative support and the coordination of our Trustee Board and other high level groups and meetings. As part of a central support team, you'll support us to implement procedures to improve the way we work, leading on areas of project administration and ensuring delivery of regular and ad hoc administration.  The role will provide you with an opportunity to create positive working relationships with students and other customers inside and outside the organisation.

 

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong administration and customer service skills. You’ll be proactive and have great attention to detail, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations. Above all, you will be an excellent team player and be able to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve results. You’ll have strong knowledge and application of the Microsoft Office suite.
