About the Role

The University of Southampton Students’ Union (SUSU) catering operation services over 20,000 students and staff and is situated in the middle of the busy Highfield campus. With other SUSU commercial operations, its main role is to help fund student activities. Within our 3 main outlets we provide a wide range of catering to our students from café style food for those in a hurry through to table service in a casual dining environment.

We are looking for an experienced catering assistant with the ability to work across a range of catering tasks in a high pressure kitchen setting. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for food and willing to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast paced but rewarding environment.
