Main Duties of the Post

To keep it friendly

  1. Ensure that customers receive the best possible experience when visiting the SUSU website, social networks and other online locations
  2. Resolve any customer queries or complaints promptly, referring to a team leader/ manager when appropriate.
  3. Work as part of a team (both colleagues and managers) to deliver service and products.

To keep it fresh

  1. Use innovative approaches to maximise the customer online experience through varied, creative technical delivery..
  2. Respond to audience needs by adapting your technical delivery and keeping abreast of current website/industry trends and techniques.
  3. To create web pages and other online content/resources to enhance the SUSU online presence.

To keep it safe

  1. Comply with the relevant safety and legislative requirements including: food hygiene standards, licensing regulations, SUSU health & safety standards, confidentiality policies, data protection, copyright law. Undertaking training as required to complete your duties.
  2. To fulfil personal responsibility for working in a safe environment through maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards and reporting any faults, problems, issues, accidents or incidents.
