Have some monitors in the library where people could connect their laptops with HDMI in order to work on a big screen

Hello again!
Thanks for bearing with me while I went away and did some investigating. The good news is that - following your You Make Change - the Library have decided to pilot a number of these monitors as of right now. There are five available on Level 5, and five available on Level 4. Note that depending on how popular these are they might be moved around a bit until a better balance is found.
