We are sorry to hear that you might have a complaint about the Students' Union. We take any complaints seriously and will take all necessary action to resolve issues.

There are many ways to provide us feedback. In the first instance we always recommend talking to the staff (or relevant manager) on duty, where applicable. Alternatively you may find it appropriate to submit a You Make Change if you are a student.

If we have not been able to resolve your issue informally, or believe your complaint is serious, then please complete the below form in order for us to further investigate

Any complaints received will be assessed by a senior member of Students’ Union staff, based on the information you have provided. You may be asked to provide more information or attend a meeting if required. We aim to have reviewed your complaint within 7 days of you contacting us. If we need more time than this, we will tell you and keep you informed of progress.

Please note that in order to properly deal with your complaint, your name and contact details may be shared with those involved in considering, investigating or making a decision about your complaint.
