Eleanor Keil

Chemistry School President

I will be starting my third year of the MChem course in September and think I have the communication and organisation skills to take on the role of Chemistry School President. I am open and approachable for both older and younger students as well as members of staff, allowing me to represent my peers as accurately as possible and produce a realistic solution with faculty members.

Over the last year, I have been an active member of the second-year course rep team, attending all SSLC meetings and relaying information to and from my own year group. I feel this has let me practice conveying information between staff and students especially while students have been remote learning.

If nominated, I would like to extend the work achieved as a course rep (helping to change SSLC formatting and course rep roles to be more effective) and extend this across all year groups in Chemistry.
