Mindfulness meditation can be an effective way to help manage stress and improve your concentration and focus. Mindfulness can also provide a way of becoming calmer and more relaxed. By using mindfulness meditation to become more aware of our automatic reactions, we can learn to respond differently to our experiences.
This session by University of Southampton Enabling Services is an opportunity to practise mindfulness meditation in a small group setting – all levels of experience are welcome.
