Amanda from Move Momentum will deliver a seated dance session tailored to people with disabilities, delivering at the participant’s pace, making sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported. All abilities are welcome and participants can take part either from their own wheelchair (if applicable) or a regular chair which will be made available or may choose to take part standing if preferred. The teacher will provide various adaptations to suit different abilities and ensure that everyone attending can participate fully and enjoy themselves. The session will include learning some bespoke choreography, some discussion about the history of disability dance, the opportunity to express yourself and most importantly having lots of fun!
