Aikido
Aikido is a Japanese Martial art that practitioners can use to defend themselves while also protecting their attacker from injury. This is achieved by blending with the motion of the attacker and redirecting the force of the attack rather than opposing it head-on. Because of this, Aikido requires very little physical strength. Practicing aikido will lead to a healthy, flexible body, and an improved mentality
