Meditation Society
The Meditation Society provides students with the opportunity to take part in and learn about meditation. Through practising meditation and mindfulness, as well as applying Buddhist philosophies to our daily lives, we can learn to maintain a peaceful and productive mind and outlook. The benefits of meditation are endless, and as a society we strive to spread the happiness. Our regular classes are on Thursdays (5-6pm) on Highfield Campus in the Faith and Reflection centre. We have social media too! Join our Facebook or Instagram page just below our logo! There is a membership available for the Thursday sessions! Click the membership tab to find out more. Everyone is welcome, so we'd love to see you there!
