Zumba is a dance fitness craze which has taken the world by storm and has now come to the University of Southampton! Come and join us to see what the fuss is about!
Zumba is a mixture of dance and aerobic exercise that has taken the world by storm, attracting millions of people worldwide. It is easy to follow and a brilliant way to keep fit. Our classes are suitable for all abilities, so you don't have to have any dance experience to attend. Our classes don't require much time, effort or money (you don't need a gym membership to attend), and they are the most fun way to de-stress and feel great after a long day of work. They are an excellent way to keep fit, make friends and have a great time! We run 2 classes a week:
Monday: 5:00-6:00 PM in the Activities Room
Wednesday: 5:00-6:00 PM in the Cube
CLASS PRICES: £3/class for members £5/class for non-members, plus 50p SUSU admin fee
MEMBERSHIPS:
£10 for yearly membership (lasts the whole year and gives you a stamp card giving you every 6th class FREE!)
£6.50 for a single semester membership (lasts for one semester and gives you a stamp card giving you every 6th class FREE!)

Membership Information
These are the current membership fees offered by Zumba+ , although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.
