POP Pilates is a powerful fusion of strength, music and choreography. We combine total body toning moves with Top 40 hits to take classical Pilates to the next level, for a hardcore workout that feels like a dance on the mat! We combine getting fit with having fun and meeting awesome people. Whether you’ve never done Pilates before or have been doing it for years, our classes cater for all levels and everyone is welcome! #positivevibesONLY

Please wear appropriate clothing i.e. no jeans or anything that could cause a nip slip! Please bring plenty of water and a yoga mat if you have one. Remember, yoga mats are lent on a first come first served basis - so make sure to be early if you don’t want to end up on the floor!
