This policy was discussed at the following meetings:

  • There is presently minimal student input in the formulation of the events run by the Union
  • That there has been one Grad Ball committee, in the 2013-14 academic year
  • Student feedback and idea formulation is positive
  • That it is good to get ideas from as wide a group of students as possible
  • That students should have more input in the events that the Union hold
  • To create a termly events assembly for idea formulation and feedback regarding events
  • To create a Graduation Ball Committee for any future Graduation Balls
  • The Union President, through a meeting of the Board of Trustees to formulate and monitor a terms of reference for these assemblies and the Graduation Ball Committee.
