Hi, I am looking for someone to take my room (upstairs, at the back) in a 5 bedroom house located in Gordon Avenue, Portswood. The contract started on 01/07/2022 and ends on 01/07/2023, so is readily available. It is a double room with a desk w/ drawers, shelves and a wardrobe. Facilities include an upstairs bathroom (with shower and bath), upstairs lounge area, large open plan kitchen w/ dining area and sofa, attached utility room, small garden and downstairs cloakroom. Highfield campus is a 20 min walk away, with bus stops, shops, restaurants and pubs all < 5 min away. Rent is £499.66 per month, incl bills. Current tenants are all friendly, sociable and tidy and are 1 guy and 3 girls who are all going into third year. Please message if interested!
