Looking for 1 Housemate for a 5 Bed House in 24/25

Hi, We’re a group of 4 people, three guys and one girl, looking for a housemate for next year in our 5 bed house next to Boldrewood campus (so within a 5 minute walk of highfield) We’re all clean and tidy and the rent is £88 per week not including bills.
