Finding a house for term 24-25

Hello, I am a 2nd year mathematics BSc student looking for a place to stay for the academic term of 24-25. I am generally a tidy person. I have some flexibility as to when to move in but ideally, 1st July to 1st September is the period for me to move in. The amount of people I would preferably live with is smaller the better but I'm up for anything. Thanks, Angus.
