Looking for housemate in 7 man house in Highfield

Housemate needed for a 7 bed house on Upper Shaftesbury Road in Highfield, as current housemate is dropping out of the university. The room is the on the second floor of the house (2 bathrooms), it is a really big house with very spacious rooms! Our rent will be £480 per month without bills. We have a good balance of being both a social and studious house full of 4th year students, mainly engineers. Looking for someone to join us ASAP
