Replacement housemate July 2025-26

3 people in a 4 person house looking for a 4th tenant! Woman/non-binary person preferred but open to all :) Year long contract, £400 rent a month per person not including utilities (we haven’t signed up for them yet but we will with uni homes so it will be about £112 a month). House comes with a washer, dryer, TV, living room, garden, each room comes with a double bed, and the house is located in Bevois Valley on Verulam Road - 5 mins from Aldi and Lidl and close to bus stops. Queer-friendly household - we’re all super friendly and sociable. Tenant must be okay with a cat 🐈‍⬛ and ‘gardening’ outside. 🍃
