Looking for one more housemate to join our house next year

Me and my two other housemates are looking for a fourth to join us next year. The house is already sorted - it's just above portswood, relatively cheap, close to lots of bus stops and food shops, and a 25 minute walk away from campus. We have two postgraduates and one 3rd year undergraduate, and we're all friendly and like to do things together as a house!
