We are two girls and two boys going into 2nd year looking for one more housemate to live with us. Our location is 41 Padwell road in Bevois Valley, 5 minutes from both ALDI and LIDL by foot, 15 minutes from avenue campus also by foot, 5 minutes to city by bus and 20 minutes from highfield campus also by bus. The contract is for the duration of the 1st of July 2024 until the 1st of July 2025. Rent is £138 a week with bills included.
