Looking for one more housemate

Hi there, 3 of us boys are looking for 1 more person to move in with next year, we are all first years doing mechanical engineering, computer engineering, and biochemistry. We are all very chill, sociable and down to earth people with various hobbies and interests. We are ideally looking for someone who is quiet and keeps clean as those are the most important qualities that we want to have in our living environment.
