Need 1 more housemate (Urgent)

Hello! We currently have a house which is 4 bed, 2 bath. 2 housemates are studying for masters and 1 is on their placement year. The house is very spacious, with a big garden and a drive for 2 cars. 10 minute walk from Highfield campus. Rent is £130ppw, bills included. Tenancy starts 1st of August. All rooms are double rooms.
