Looking for someone to replace my tenancy 6 person house Portswood

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy in a 6 person house (currently 3 girls 2 boys) in Portswood, ten minute walk to highfield campus and ten minute walk to Sainsbury’s. Spacious house with large kitchen/living area, big bedrooms. Tenancy runs July-July and bills included for £505ppm. £250 deposit needed :)
