Hello, I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy as I have dropped out. Moving out 22nd of December. The flat has 5 bedrooms, 2 refurbished toilets and a modern kitchen/common area. Shared garden and parking with the flat downstairs. Rent is £440, bills are not included and already set up by current tenants. Near Portswood Waitrose and Aldi. Current tenants are year 4, year 1 and two year 3. They are friendly, sporty and clean. The flat is quiet majority of the time as we don't host house parties. Lmk if you are interested.
