One person to fill a medium sized room in a 6 person house for 2023/24

We are looking a new flatmate to fill a medium sized room on the top floor of our flat on Omdurman Road, a short walk from the common and avenue campus. The room is nice and cosy and includes a double bed, desk, a large wardrobe and curtains and has enough floor space to add any other furnishings you may want to bring along. The house has an open and welcoming layout, with a large open-plan kitchen diner and living room which looks out on a court yard garden. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard storage, two fridges, two cookers and a dishwasher. We also have a communal mini fridge. The house has three toilets and two showers (one of which is includes a bath), all of the bathrooms with showers are spacious. The location is ideal, Highfield campus is a 10 min walk and we neighbour Avenue campus, so if you're the one to roll out of bed into lectures this house is for you! Portswood Sainsburys is a 15 min walk away but most of the time one of the three of us who have cars will be happy to drive down and shop with you and save you the carry back. We also have a bus stop which goes into town on the end of our road and there are 3 voi stops nearby so travel into town is straight forward. We are an all guys flat and are all mates from first year; we all get along well and like to have a bit of banter from time to time. We are very welcoming and open to meeting new people and will make you feel at home. We can be social and have a few drinks at the weekend but if your on the quieter more reserved side thats completely fine too, we won't disturb you if you want to chill out in your room. Rent is £484.19 per month inc. bills. Bills are constant throughout the year so don't worry about having to limit your time in the shower!
