Are you an experienced people manager with a background in advice or support? If so, the University of Southampton Students’ Union (SUSU) have an exciting new opportunity for an Advice Centre Manager to join our team!
The Role
The Advice Centre Manager will manage a team of four Student Advisers and a Receptionist as they continue to provide a first class advice service to students remotely. The manager will develop the service and the ways advice is delivered, as well as enhancing the use of data both within the Advice Centre and SUSU more generally.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students and further developing an experienced and expert team of staff. You will have some knowledge of the areas of advice we cover and experience of managing a team. You will also have an understanding of the importance of ensuring the service is evidence-led.
