Salary based on SUSU's Pay Band F with a full-time equivalent salary of £33,797 to £36,914 subject to experience.

35 hours per week.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising the turnover profitability and engagament of the Food & Beverage operations at SUSU, ensuring that the Food & Beverage department managers and staff are well trained and able to deliver a high standard of service. The Head of Food & Beverage will sit on the Senior Management Team and develop constructive relationships with the staff team. 

About You

It's essential that the successful candidate has at least 3 years of experience in high-volume, multi-site commercial operations and of supervising/line managing a team of more than 30 staff. You will have demonstrable experience of responsibility for a P&L account and budgeting, stock control, EPOS till procedures, and evidence of high standards of excellent customer service. You should also have knowledge of a number of service types and profiles of food and beverage options, and it would be advantageous if you had local insight of student habits and market trends.
