The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for two venues within the Students’ Union, The Stag’s and Below Deck. The Stag’s is our SU pub and trades all year round. It’s famous for Thursday night karaoke and screening all the biggest sporting events. We are developing the lunch time service to make Stag’s a venue that is busy all day long. Below Deck is the bar that supplies our multi-purpose space, The Cube. Events that that place there include club nights, charity events, cinema screenings and more. You will be responsible for a core team of permanent staff as well as a large pool of student staff. The SU is a not-for-profit organisation, so all revenue generated goes back into funding student union activities.

You should be passionate about customer service and have a track record of driving the highest level of standards.
