Turn Bar 3 into a Subway
I think Bar 3 should be turned into a Subway franchise owned by the Union.
The strong brand and stable prices offered by the Subway brand will make it a success.
However don't try and do a 'spin off' 'susu brand' Subway rip off. We would rather not have one.
If you had made the Bar 3 a Starbucks and not 'Bar 3 Coffee Shop' it wouldn't be closed today...

Thank you for your You Make Change submission.
Unfortunately we will not currently be getting a Subway in Bar Three for several reasons. Firstly, we do nto have any aquequete kitchen for them to operate from. Secondly, the Students' Union building is owned by the University so we would need to consult with them about any external providers and they are very particular about what they will and will not allow, particualrly as they have the Piazza upstairs on the Redbrick. Additionally, they are currently conducting a catering review so are in the process of deciding what they want the campus catering offer to be going forward.
However we thinking through lots of exciting ideas for what to do with this space. Currently, we have a survey out asking for students' opinion on what they want, which you can find here: http://bit.ly/susu-cafe-survey
