Hello - I've spoken to our Head of Food & Beverage who has absolutely taken your point on board and is working with the team internally to speed up the service time in the Bridge as soon as possible to improve your, and other students', experience of our food outlets. However, it is worth noting that our service time and quality has been hit severely by Covid- and isolation-related absences, something which we hope will improve in coming months as restrictions ease and cases fall. The food and beverage team is working hard to review staffing levels and to improve the training quality to ensure that service improves.
