hello, I've ordered a ticket for the welcome party on the 23rd and have received an email confirming the transaction, but the email says that this does not mean my order has been accepted. I just wondered how I can ensure that my order has been accepted. Thank you
I've just had a look online and can see your ticket has been confirmed. I hope you have had a follow up email to confirm your order too, if not, don't worry, you name is on the list.
