Twice in the last two weeks of term I attended a film at Union Films and on both of those occasions the expreience was kind of runied due to an overflow of sound from Bar 2 entertainment. I understand that it is hard to manage multiple events in adjacent spaces simultaneously however that kind of nuisance destroys the immersive experience of the cinema and ultimately is bad business for Union Films who may have customers put off returning.
Thank you for this feedback, I’ll pass it on so that when bookings are being made the use of each space and the noise it might create is taken into consideration.
