Complete
I had to wait 3 months and 28 daya to see someone. During this time, I suffered and my mental health deteriorated. I needed help fast and the only reply I received was "We'll put you on the waiting list".
To go this length of time without support is unacceptablecan the Union help with this?
Here, you can view the complete set of official responses from the sabbatical officers regarding this submission.

Hi there,
Thank you very much for getting in touch with us, I'm really sorry for the delay in my reply.
I'm really sorry also, to hear about your experiences of Enabling Services. As a University run service, we have limited influence in allocation of their resources. However, we are able to take your feedback to the University next time we meet to discuss student wellbeing. Your concerns will be included in my handover to the next Vice-President Welfare to ensure that this is pursued after I leave on the 30th June.
If you would like to discuss this in more detail, I feel it would be appropriate to do this in a private forum. Please feel free to contact myself, or the next Vice-President Welfare using our email address: vpwelfare@unionsouthampton.org
Many thanks,
David Allwright - VP Welfare
