Hello! 

Thanks for getting in touch - printing costs is one of the issues which I formed a large part of my elections campaign around, and therefore I'm keen to make some progress on it as quickly as possible. In order to best do this I've broken down my work into two separate elements:

1. Free Printing, hosted by the Union. We're in coversation with a supplier used by a number of other Unions and accomodation providers, but are waiting for iSolutions to give us the go-ahead to bring the devices onto the network. I have a meeting tomorrow on this exact topic, and will be publishing a blog post with a fuller update once I have one! 
2. University printing. There are some interesting changes due to happen with regards to the University print contract, and the Union is involved in these conversations. There will be more of an update in the blog post mentioned above, so keep an eye out for that! 

Your suggestion is a really good one, so I'll be sure to bring it up in future conversations on this topic!
