Alternative & Indie Music Society

We are a society dedicated to the appreciation of Alternative and Indie music. Whether you're a die-hard fan or just curious about this music genre, we welcome everyone. We regularly host socials, attend gigs and provide a community to meet like-minded people!

Despite our namesake, AIM is about providing good times and community to those that lean to all things alternative (music, films, books, etc.). We aim to be a lowkey and casual society where conversation is the main focus; it's all about discussing and broadening our own tastes while also helping expand others.

Exciting Gig Trips: We organise trips to some of the most exciting local gigs and concerts! It's your chance to see your favourite bands live and discover new ones.

Socials: We regularly host different socials to connect you with other enthusiasts, allowing you to meet like-minded people who love music just as much as you.

Community: Being the ONLY hub of Indie and Alternative Music enthusiasts, finding gig buddies has never been easier, especially in Southampton, where the live music scene thrives!
