Aerial Sports Society

We are Southampton University Aerial Sports Society. If you are interested in pole fitness, aerial hoop or aerial silks then this is the society for you! All the details about the society can be found on our website or facebook page (http://sassoc.org/index.html) (https://www.facebook.com/SouthamptonAerialSportsSociety/).

As a society, we offer free weekly practice sessions on Saturday evenings (6-8pm on a sign up basis) for pole and hoop for members, as well as the option to sign up to discounted silks practice sessions.

We hold members only lessons for pole and hoop on campus on Wednesdays and silks lessons on Empress Road on Mondays. You can sign-up on our website. We also host showcases each year, and compete in various competitions such as Varsity and the regional inter-uni competition.

We're a very friendly society and we welcome anyone who wants to come and learn aerial sports with us! :) Feel free to ask us anything you need to! Sassoc Love xxx.
