Here at SUSU, we have recently invested in two more 12-seater minibuses meaning clubs and socs have access to four 12-seater minibuses and a van.
Who can book a vehicle?
Anyone can book a vehicle easily by following this link. Drivers of the vehicles must be SUSU approved. To become a SUSU approved driver, you must
- be 21 years or older.
- have 3 years driving experience.
- have passed the SUSU Minibus Competency Assessment.
- hold current SUSU membership.

Vehicles are not available for general hire on Wednesdays as they are allocated for BUCS fixtures.
How much does a vehicle cost?
Minibus
- 1 hour – £10
- Half Day – £50
- Full Day – £80
- 2 days (midweek) – £130
- Weekend hire (Friday-Sunday) – £200
Van
- Full Day – £25
- 2 Day (midweek) – £45
- Weekend hire (Friday-Sunday) – £65
