Our previous rewards app has now been retired as we prepare to launch a brand new SUSU+ experience.

FAQs

When you download the SUSU+ app, you will be able to register for an account with your soton email address. You will need to verify your address in order to access the exclusive SUSU+ offers.

Simply scan your QR code at the till and ask the cashier to redeem your points. This can be the full balance or partial payment of the order. Please note you will only be able to access 1 SUSU+ reward per transaction – therefore you will not be able to use your points on items that are on offer via SUSU+ 
 

Unfortunately no, to use the rewards scheme you must sign in using your soton email address and follow the verify process. 

You can collect points by purchasing anything in the following SUSU venues.

  • The Stag’s
  • The Bridge
  • The Shop
  • Redbrick Kitchen

Please note that this will not include coffees purchased in single-use cups.

You can spend your points on multi-item deals, such as The Shop Meal Deal, Coffee & Pastry Deal and The Bridge Coffee and Cake deal. However, you may not see the full benefit of the savings. Please ask a member of the venue staff for more information.

You will receive 3 points for every £1.00 you spend. Each point is then worth £0.01 in vouchers.

SUSU+ members can enjoy exclusive pricing on selected drinks at The Stag’s, including Fosters, Inch’s, Snakebite, Murphy’s, Heineken 0.0% and cocktails. Simply scan your app when you order to redeem your reward. Please note that only one SUSU+ reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Bring a reusable cup and enjoy exclusive SUSU+ pricing on your hot drink purchase. Just scan your app at the till to unlock the offer. Please note that only one SUSU+ reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Collect a stamp every time you purchase a qualifying drink at The Bridge. Once you’ve collected 10 stamps, your next drink is on us. Track your progress in the SUSU+ app and start collecting today.

Collect a stamp on every qualifying purchase at Redbrick Kitchen. Once you’ve collected 6 stamps, you’ll receive 50% off your next meal. Open the SUSU+ app to check your progress and see how close you are to your reward.

No, when you use your points, you will not accrue points on that order.

Points should appear in your app in real time.
Points will be valid until the 31st July each year. They will reset to zero on 1st August.
