Why vote for Zoe?

I'm very passionate about the experience of student midwives particularly in balancing university and placement. In this role i hope to facilitate a close working relationship between the midwifery lecture team and students to enable a better learning environment and learning outcomes for all students. I understand how difficult it can be balancing assignments with stressful placements and I want to feed that back in a constructive way to allow for meaningful changes within the department. I have strong relationships across all year groups due to being on the midwifery society committee this year and I feel that closeness will aid in allowing students across all year groups to feel comfortable when relaying feedback to me. I'm really confident that I can use this role effectively and make positive changes to the course when necessary.
