Hi I’m Wong!

Having spent a year as the Engineering School President, I am more aware than ever the importance of a welcoming environment for communication. More often than not, feedback does not reach where it matters due to shyness, fear of saying the wrong things or simply because the other party turns a blind eye. In my time as senior representative in the 25/26 academic year, I hope I have been a trusted friend and representative of the engineering cohort to speak up for change.

This time around, I aim to be the same person for the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, promoting genuine and constructive feedback chain amongst the academics and School Presidents. After all, the best discussion comes from a productive chat with people you trust.

With this, it would be a great pleasure to have the opportunity to serve as the Engineering and Physical Sciences Faculty Officer and facilitating open and honest communication all around.
