Why vote for Aditya?
The role of Chair isn't about making political promises.
It is strictly about accountability, transparency, and ensuring the smooth running of Council. It requires an objective mind to scrutinise the work of Sabbatical Officers and ensure every process stays in line with SUSU’s democratic values.
Here is why I am the right choice:
Built for Scrutiny Making decisions on high level or wide reaching issues requires clear logic, not emotion. As an Electronic Engineering student with industry experience heading to ARM, my work relies entirely on analyzing complex systems, finding the faults, and demanding rigorous proof. I will apply this exact standard to reviewing the Sabbatical Officers' yearly plans and ensuring they make sufficient progress against them.
Zero Learning Curve Effective oversight can't wait for someone to learn the ropes. Having served as your Student Councillor for the 2025-2026 term, I already understand the room, the rules, and the history of decisions on issues or topics brought to Council. I am ready to ensure the smooth running of SUSU’s highest accountability body from day one.
Tested Leadership Oversight means knowing how to manage people. I have served as VP of the Indian Society and am continuing my term as VP of the AI Society because my teams focus on delivering actual results over empty talk. Alongside my experience as an A-Level Prefect, I know how to manage expectations and, crucially, how to take appropriate action where officers are underperforming or making decisions beyond their remit.
A council is only as effective as the person holding it accountable. Vote for logic, clarity, and proven experience.
