Why vote for Bella?
I'm a neuroscience student passionate about representing and supporting fellow students across the Faculty of Environmental and Life Sciences.
My personal experience with scoliosis surgery sparked my interest in neuroscience and showed me the importance of having your voice heard. That experience has shaped my belief that every student should feel listened to, supported and represented, particularly when they face challenges that may not always be visible to others.
If elected, I want to be a representative who is approachable, proactive, and genuinely connected to students. I want to create a stronger connection between students and the Faculty. I'll champion:
Your voice: Making sure students know where their concerns are going, what action is being taken, and why - while creating clearer opportunities for students to give feedback.
Your support: Making sure students facing health, disability or personal challenges can access the support and adjustments they need without feeling like they have to fight to be heard.
Your community: Creating more opportunities for students across different courses and years to connect, collaborate and share ideas.
I don’t have every answer, and I don’t think anyone does. My role is to listen to you, bring your ideas forward, and work alongside you to create solutions that make our Faculty better for everyone.
Your ideas deserve to be heard. Your experiences matter. I want to help create a Faculty where students don’t just study, but thrive!
