We are extremely excited to announce our biggest event of the year: The USAIS X CIRIUM HACKATHON. 

In this 2 day hackathon, you will have the chance to compete for one of four 12 week PAID summer internships at Cirium!

Cirium are the leading company in today's data and analytics processing for travel and aviation, and are specially sponsoring this Hackathon at the University of Southampton!

Throughout the event, participants will work on real data given by Cirium, and solve real problems real airlines face. This will be an excellent opportunity to understand what it is like preparing for a real job, whilst also gaining essential skills for the workplace!

As well as our highest performers receiving 4 paid internships, there will be many more prizes available to win, all to be announced at the Hackathon!

The Hackathon will be held in the Zepler Lab from the 19th-20th February. Ensure to buy a ticket so that you don't miss out on this amazing event!

At the University of Southampton AI Society we aim to create a common learning space for people with an interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. We organise talks with professionals from the AI industry and with research staff from well-known institutes, as well as hackathons and workshops.
